These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you”) and Anna Muzykina (Project Founder, Proofa) (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Proofa website and application.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Model Aggregator: Proofa provides an interface to access professional AI models. You are responsible for the content you generate.

Authorship Passport: The service generates a cryptographic hash of your creative process to help you record your authorship. This is a technical record, not a legal title or financial instrument.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the prompts you enter and the art you generate. Proofa does not claim ownership of your creative work.

Privacy of Intent: We do not use your private prompts to train AI models.

As this is a testing prototype, Anna Muzykina and the project team (Denys, Saheed) are not liable for any technical errors, loss of data, or interruptions in service during the focus group phase.
